Laser eye surgery<\/span><\/strong>  is for patients who do not want to wear glasses or contact lenses for various reasons and is performed only in line with the patient’s wishes and conscious decision.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is not possible to perform laser eye surgery for every patient and to eliminate eye diseases other than refractive error.<\/span><\/p>\n

Myopia up to 10 degrees, hyperopia up to 6 degrees and astigmatism can be treated with excimer laser. Laser surgical intervention is not performed for those with higher degrees of visual impairment. In addition, in order for the patient to undergo <\/span>laser surgery,<\/span><\/strong> the eye number must not have changed in the last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

The suitable age group for surgery is 18 to 40. Patients under the age of 18, especially those with progressive visual impairment, are not suitable <\/span>for eye contouring surgery<\/span><\/strong> . Pregnant women, postpartum women, diabetics, rheumatism patients, those with structural defects in their corneas, and those with corneal thickness less than expected cannot have laser surgery.<\/span><\/p>\n
